🌿 Herbal Tooth And Gum Powder:

Grandma’s Secret For Strong Teeth And Happy Gums.In today’s busy world, we just take new brush and paste, brush teeth fast and run off for work or school. But do you know these pastes have sugar mixed and dangerous chemicals like fluoride, that make our teeth weak fast? After crossing 40 years, many people facing teeth shaking and losing teeth problem. But if we use natural method for teeth care, there is no such big struggle. Teeth will remain beautiful and strong easily.

Our old Tamil people had amazing knowledge about teeth and gum care. They never only brushed teeth. For them, it was teeth, gums called Eliru, tongue called Naaku, and upper mouth roof called Mela Annam – all they used to clean daily.

👶 Gums Come Even Before Teeth:

Before teeth come out, gums are already with us at birth. During baby bath, elders will rub baby’s gums gently. This makes blood flow strong, so teeth will grow bright like Raw rice colour. After that, they clean tongue also. For newborn babies, grandma will gently press and clean tongue daily. This prevents tongue twisting and baby will talk clearly when they grow. Once a week, they apply betel leaf juice on baby’s tongue. This clears milk deposit and gives strong, sweet voice. But betel leaf should be natural grown, without any chemicals.

🌱 When To Start Herbal Tooth Powder?

After baby crosses 1 year, we must start using herbal tooth powder. This powder is made with 28 different herbs mixed together for total teeth care.

🦷 Childhood Neem And Peepal Stick Brushing:

In childhood times, elders use neem stick or peepal stick for brushing. They crush front part lightly in stone grinder and make it soft, then brush baby teeth with that stick. My grandma say, “Neem stick will remove all bacteria, no germs will stay in mouth.

💡 Today’s Easy Way Of Using Herbal Tooth Powder:

Nowadays, if you like your normal paste, no problem. But after finishing brushing with paste,

1. First take herbal tooth powder and apply on gums. Massage gently with clean finger. No nails.

2. Then apply on teeth. Brush softly with finger for few minutes.

3. After that clean tongue using same powder or tongue cleaner.

4. Clean upper mouth roof (Mela Annam) also lightly.

5. Close mouth and keep powder inside for 5 minutes, then spit out fully.

🌼 Why To Do This?

If you do like this daily, not only teeth, even throat related infections will run away. After that, grandma ask me to pour few drops of gingelly oil or coconut oil in mouth, hold and swish for sometime. It will become like foam and then watery, then spit out. This is called oil pulling, makes gums strong and tight.

🌙 Night Time Care:

Before sleeping, if you clean like this, grandma say proudly, “You no need to see dentist whole life.” Only 15 minutes in 24 hours we spend for teeth care, but it will save us from many big health problems.
